Privacy Policy
This page explains how Beyond s.r.o. (“we”, “us”) processes personal data of visitors of this website and clients of the studio, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
When you submit the callback form we collect: your full name, phone number, the optional message you write us, the language of the form, the timestamp of submission, and your IP address (used solely for spam protection). The site itself does not set tracking cookies — only a single technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your language preference.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data above for the sole purpose of contacting you back to confirm a booking. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in protecting the form from automated abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Recipients of your data
Form submissions are forwarded to the salon manager via Telegram Messenger Inc. so that we can call you back. No data is shared with advertising networks, sold or used for profiling. Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Telegram Messenger Inc. and Vercel Inc. are based outside the European Economic Area (United Kingdom and the United States respectively). Transfers happen on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and on the basis of your explicit consent given in the form.
6. Retention
We keep submitted form data only for as long as necessary to call you back and confirm or decline a booking — typically up to 30 days. After that, the message in Telegram is deleted by the manager. Anti-spam IP records are kept for 24 hours and then erased automatically.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, withdraw consent at any time, port your data and lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
